Need help to cultivate land near Nalgonda, AP

Hi All, we have total 50 Acre land near Nalgonda (20 KM), AP. We have cultivated Eucalyptus and got huge losses because of limited water sources.
Temparatures are around 40 degrees during summer, rainy days total 30 days in a year.
Can anyone suggest us which plantation is suitable for this land ? especailly with less water and high day temparatures during summer.
