Start-up Angola Jatropha plantation & oil extraction

I am seriously considering to develop an agricultural project - Jatropha curcas. I am in the process of identifying and acquiring exploration rights over 1,000 Hectares. I have conducted a comprehensive research but have found contradictory information. In this context, I would really appreciate if someone could provide me with the following information (IF NECESSARY I AM WILLING TO PAY A FEE FOR 1 OR 2 HOUR CONFERENCE CALL):

Realistically speaking and having in mind that the field is in Africa, Angola:

1) Estimates costs to plant/grow per hectare per year - Year 1;

2) Estimates costs to plant/grow per hectare per year - Years 2 and 3;

3) Estimates costs to extract the oil from the jatropha seeds cropped in a year/ per hectare;

4) What is the current and approximate price of Jatropha oil (US$)?

5) Is it true you can also extract glycerine from jatropha at the same time you extract the oil seeds?

6) In that case what the average output and revenues to extract glycerine?

7) Current European Union refineries' demand justifies NEW PROJECTS - or it it current global output enough.

I know this is a lot of questions, but would really appreciate if you could provide me with this information, or alternatively would welcome scheduling a conference call and pay an fee for the consultation services.
