Hi Garry

Regrettably we are in the final stages for the sale of all the oil from our Jatropha plantation to a Guarantor/Offtaker.

We have no further Jatropha oil available. We do have other vegetable oil for BD processing available at min quantities of 12 500 mt per month on a 12 month contract.

If you are interested please let me know and I will let you have these details.

Regards

Default Reqest for financial resources

Dear Sir………..Greetings from ACTIVE

ACTIVE is a not-for-profit, non-governmental development organization in Andhra Pradesh, India. Since its inception in 1985, we have been working in Khammam, an Agency District, in Andhra Pradesh, India. Our wide-ranging development interventions are spread across about 100 villages that are remote, forested and interior, covering about 3,500 indigenous and marginalized tribal families.

“ACTIVE believes that, access to livelihood, socio-political and ecological security is a basic human right and strives to organize them, to marginalized people deprived of these securities so that they are able to access them on their own”. In order to realize our mission, we are implementing Integrated Development programmes for the upliftment of indigenous poor.

In all our interventions, we seek to bring people in the forefront, while ACTIVE plays a facilitative role, i.e., a participant in the community processes rather than the vice versa. Equity, participation, poverty, gender, sustainability and rights are the basic orientations of our work.

Our organization “ACTIVE” is working in the rural and urban areas. Now we are proposing to take up projects on health care, children education, women development, promotion of greenery through wasteland development and organic agriculture for the development of indigenous people. We therefore, seek to take a creative advantage of your partnership with us

ACTIVE has been motivating the indigenous people, by explaining need of Afforstation, promotion of bio-diesel plantations and ensuring the bio diversity. With our efforts, poor and marginal people are willing to raise plantations in their waste/ideal lands. To start with, ACTIVE is proposing plantations like Jatropha, Neem, Tamarind, Soap nut, Amla, Bamboo, Teak, Mango, Cashew nut etc., in 11500 acres (3500 hectares for every year) with the financial support of different agencies and this programme needs the financial support only for the gap areas

We came to know that you are having set of books/publications on Jatropha plantations which are very much useful to our poor indigenous people and therefore we would request you kindly send to us for our use. Since, our organization is grassroots level functionary, have no funds for purchasing the books/publications.

If you are interested to look into the plan and we are glad to submit detailed project proposal to you as per your format. Therefore, we would request you kindly look into the matter sympathetically and consider our request. We would request you kindly send us your guidelines for submission of project proposal. Kindly contact us

Thanking you and awaiting to hear from you at an earliest.

With the kind regards

Jayanand
