Jatropha Bio Diesel plant requirements?

Can somebody tell me what is the minimum size for a Bio Diesel plant based on Jatropha and where do I get more information about the process?

Also, can other input oils also be used in the same equipment?

Hello!

Jatropha oil is good but its price at the moment is the question.
For that matter one has to identify a feedstock priced Rs15/liter to manufacture Biodiesel considering the highest price/liter of Biodiesel expected from the consumers say Rs35/liter.

No doubt!
Experts may state or tempt you to go for high ffa oils namely Acid oils ranging from 30-90%FFA, but do not forget the yield and the cost of the end product in the process.

As of now no one is in a position to give a convincing answer we challenge!!!!

Hallo

There is no limitation as far as you get the input and the sane is within your control. The plant starts from 250 Ltrs/day and economical is 3000 ltr/day. I am not a expert but i am watching the Biodiesel development in india for the past two years.

Please specify with fool proof on the functioning of a Jatropha oil based Biodiesel plant anywhere in India.(More than 1000Liters/day)Its a tough issue!
when no seeds are available except for germination,We wonder how its so easy to organise 10Mts/day assuming that 30% is the oil content to make 3000Liters/day.
Its my honest submisson!
To sell biodiesel of 1000liters/day for a fair price is nothing but a dream!!!!
If anyone could offer me Rs40/liter. Iam ready to supply 1000liters of B100 per day.
Indeed! Iam ready to offer a special price of Rs40/liter in case if someone could arrange me Jatropha oil in crude form.
I require about 5000liters/month. for my own captive use.
