Working partner for plant nursery in Mathura (U.P.)

I have about 5000 sq.feet land with boundary wall and gate in Mathura, near the Yamuna bank. Water facility is available on the plot. I want to start plant nursery on this plot, hence need working partner for the same on profit sharing basis. No invest is needed, only the day to day working to be managed by the partner.
