Subsidy on drip irrigation

Hi,
I am planning to have the drip irrigation at my land in Gulbarga dist of Karnataka, I would like to know the different/ variuos subsidies available from Govt , like for
1. Fencing
2. Tube well
3. Farming equipments.
4. Drip irigation
5. Sidlings.
and for any other important work.
and also to whom to approach ( which office). and what are the criterai and requirments to be fulfilled.
Pl note : If any consultant is ready to work for me to get these subsidies and entire set up of the irrigation, so that cost/ % partnership can be wowrked out.
Total land 24 acres, , starting with the 4 acres.

Dear Chanda,
Hop you are doing job or you do not want work personally.
Please do agriculture for your food and satisfaction and not for getting subsidy. However government is encouraging true agriculturists in terms of subsidy while a farmer wanted to develop his agriculture lands.

1. Fencing-NO
2. Tube well-If you belongs to SC ST, than subsidy may be given, but needs to check with Agri culture/Horticulture officer in your Taluk.
3. Farming equipments.May be
4. Drip irigation-Yes.
5. Sidlings-Yes.

If any consultant is ready to work for me to get these subsidies and entire set up of the irrigation, Than your presence is not at all required.
