Viyors Bio Fuels Co., is dedicated to showcasing new energy technologies to lead the world into a new era of advanced biofuels through a proprietary process that accelerates algae growth, while increasing alkane (oil) content, raw hydrocarbon molecules, that are a single refining step away from
the organic refined fuels; jet fuel, gasoline, diesel, kerosene. Another key technology, the patented Plant Biomass-to-Biofuel Conversion Process (PBBCP), will convert biomass from algae and other plant species grown on the farm.
OPPORTUNITY STATEMENT
While fossil fuels still account for more than 95 percent of the global transportation fuel market, biofuel production is growing roughly 25 percent per year, a rate over ten times that of oil. .1 The Pike report
also predicts the world biofuel market to surpass $280 billion by 2022, due in no small part to national biofuel consumption mandates. 2 In fact, just last year, the Green Chip Stocks portfolio of some fund
managers showed investors a 708% cumulative gain at the end of 2009 from biofuel stock performances. Research performed at the Colorado State University’s (CSU), Engines and Energy Administration plans to invest $59 billion from the economic stimulus package in clean-energy projects,
American investors can reap monetary profits by investing in the companies that will be executing the Obama plan, namely renewable energy and infrastructure companies.Viyors perfectly poised with tremendous growth opportunities and serves as an intelligent investment vehicle.
BUSINESS CONCEPT AND PRODUCT
Viyors a sustainable algae biofuel and agribusiness enterprise using a polyculture approach with microalgae, and other plant species, for the production of alkanes and biomass, is committed to implementing two proprietary patented and proven processes. One system can
accelerate algae growth, while producing more alkanes – CyanoFuel – rather than more chlorophyll and resulting in EPA approved biodiesel, at a conservative rate of 7.5 million gallons per year per acre. The
other system, using a scalable 500kw plant biomass-to-biofuel conversion system (PBBCS) can convert up to 10,000 tons of plant biomass per day into 67,000 gallon of EPA approved biodiesel per day.

Agribusiness

Agribusiness is the business of agriculture, including farming of food and natural fiber. Agribusiness is
the world’s largest industry responsible for feeding and clothing over 6 billion people worldwide. As a
strategically engineered modus operandi of this initiative, WTF will devise a functional system for
indoor, multi-level, simulated-conditions greenhouse biodome farming, scientifically known as vertical
farming or skyscraper farming. The potential advantages of vertical farming would be the prevention of
deforestation, desertification, sprawl, and other consequences of growing agricultural land use. By
producing food within such practical and proven controlled greenhouse environments, greater crop
yields result together with reduced need for pesticides, herbicides, and
fertilizers. As currently envisioned, the vertical farm would also be designed to
turn sewage and biomass into biofuel, through the patented Plant Biomassto-
Biofuel Conversion Process (PBBCP) thereby being virtually self-sufficient,
and only consuming 20% of the volume it produces. As part of the polyculture approach, there will be
plantings of moringas4, towering bamboos5, banana plants6, kenaf7, paulownia8 trees, and blue Maya
agave9. For scientifically engineering the growth of superior crop development and super food
production, Viyors will incorporate the application of humate derivatives10.

produced alkanes to refine their products, without having to depend on access to crude oils, and having
to break down those oils to make alkanes into finished fuels.
In addition, by using available land around the domes
illustrated, WTF will be able to plant fast growing species
kenaf, and paulownia trees, offering

significantly increase biofuel output, using the

from the Patented Plant Biomass-to-Biofuel Conversion Process (PBBCP) is significantly more cost
efficient at 500kw per day and it’s self-maintaining, consuming only 20% of its production to operate.
Direct Cost of Sales is the cost of procurement and processing of biomass into refined biofuels as well as
byproducts of value, such as glycerin and hydrogen for fuel cell manufacture. This is estimated at
US$0.75/gallon relative to the sale of such at US$2.00/gal. Thus the average cost of production is 3% of
sales revenue, as a rule of thumb. After signage of ICC NCNDs, upon request, our Five Year Pro Forma
and independent scientific reports will be made available.
DESCRIPTION OF THE TARGET MARKET
The Global Biodiesel market is estimated to reach 37 billion gallons by 2016 growing at an average
annual growth of 42%. Europe will continue as the major Biodiesel market for the next decade or so
with closely followed by the US market.16 According to the Air Transport Group by 2015, one percent of airline jet fuels will be biojet fuel, amounting to an estimated 400 to 500 million
gallons per year market demand. Furthermore, global biodiesel production totaled 5.1 billion gallons in
2009, representing a 17.9% increase over 2008 levels. The biodiesel market is expected to grow from
$8.6 billion in 2009 to $12.6 billion in 2014.17
Our target market: B2B biofuel target audiences are global refineries like Conoco Phillips, Chevron,
Shell, and Exxon Mobil, producing refined fuels, such as kerosene, gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel and fuel
resellers like The Gabriel Leoni Group. National and International Biofuel trade shows and summits,
such as the Algae Biofuel Summit, 2010 Biodiesel Conference & Expo, Biofuel Expo: 2010 in Rome,

At a projected wholesale price of US$50 per ton, the annual sales of 2.4 million tons of biomass biofuel pellets will add
nicely to our bottom line profitability.
TECHNOLOGY AND OPERATIONAL ISSUES
Enterprise Wide Architecture technology solutions would be systematically employed to address every
aspect of the business process within WTF. The Process: biofuel and biomass are transported in
insulated, steam-coiled jumbo railcars to Rail Distribution
Nodes, where they are then transported to the regional
seaport for final transportation by ocean carriers to the
country of import.
BNSF Logistics, formerly known as the Burlington
Northern and Santa Fe Railway, offers sustainable supply
chain solutions that range from single shipment execution
to complete network design and operations. Their model
breadth spans from parcel, through truckload, intermodal,
and rail.

VIYORS will not just build an industrial biofuel facility and expect that they’ll come with the train. BNSF Railway and WTF have been in collaboration at the very onset in order to ensure the line we’re considering has the ability to handle
the increased capacity.
The cost of biofuel shipment from a U.S. West Coast port to China, for example, would be as follows:
180M gal. = 1.44B lbs. = 720,000 tons @ $2/1000 lbs. = $2,880,000 divided by 2 taking into account a 6
month lead time. For algae biofuel pellets: 2.4M tons @ $0.50/ton = $1.2M in BNSF freight train cargo
ship rate. Assumption: 1/2 of this biofuel pellet shipment (1.2M tons) would be shipped overseas to
China at $2/1000 lbs. = $4,800,000 divided by 2 ($2.4M) taking into account a 6 month lead time. This
final figure is based upon CIF global shipping.

Biofuel 2015.....

Hello!!!!

I am just watching some articles on algae production but its a truth that there is no commercial production anywhere in the world to match the magic cost of algae oil at 15$.

I have not seen any activity in India for the past ten good years and in fact its better if you could explain how a an acre of land could produce algae oil without saline water and required sunlight.

Please let us know where we shall see biodiesel produced from algae oil in india first.
we also need to know where we can see the total opertions physically right from cultivation to extraction of oil from algae atleast in pilot scale in india.

I have seen a tiny operation in Kerala near Thrissur and never seen any extraction of algae plant nor a Biodiesel plant using algae as a feedstock so far inspite of hunting for a 15$ oil to run a small Biodiesel plant in karnataka.

Kindly help us to know the breakthrough.........
Bhadrinath.

Biofuel 2015

Its true that there are lot of restrictions to do any business activity in India in coastal areas apart from the worst climatic factors.

While algae no doubt is the correct feedsock and its post extraction products like DOC could certainly see the break even soon rather than any other options in Biofuel feestocks......

I have seen the wonderful algae oil thanks to someone in Kerala and its really a great opportunity for India than any other country if the land and sea water access are provided to.......

No indian business man is indeed interested to trust Biofuel business a relaible and profitable for known reasons.

Well!
Only people worth of crores could really see this algae product practically and wish it does happen soon.

Bhadrinath.

Biofuel business.....

Hello everybody!!

As a small businessman my experience in this business is nothing but a kind of punishment for having defended the need of Biodiesel at various levels.

To be very honest!
There is no sign of any breakeven inspite of the Diesel price is Rs42+.
The reason is no Govt in this country have ever bothered to assess the real problem of this industry which stood tall for atleast to show an alternate fuel in the absence of Diesel supplies.

Its a big challenge for us to maintain a small establishment by spending Rs35000/month to display the word Biodiesel without any benefits.

The consumers are under the impression that Biodiesel will be so cheap as good as a subsidised kerosene.
The fact is!
This Biodiesel business is a cursing one and I do not know how long people like me could survive due to undoubted patriotism.

The karnataka is the worst state which never allowed anyone to establish this business and all the good efforts are simply dismantled in a single word called HOONGE.

Jaihind.

magic formula

I've consulted with biologists, mathematicians, magicians, and comedians and found this wonderful formula to get good yields from jatropha. One jatropha berry takes up about 1 sqcm, and yields 1 gm of biodiesel. There are about 40 million sqcm an acre, so we can get an yield of 40 thousand litres of bio-diesel an acre, or about 12 lakhs an acre.

With vertical farming, where we can produce a 10 metre high jatropha berry, that occupies only 1 sq cm as before, but yields 1000 times more, or 1 kg a berry, we will get 40 million litres of bio-diesel an acre. 120 crores an acre.

You can use this patent pending formula for other crops to get good yields and make lots of money without working or thinking.

This magic formula can be verified by googling "jatropha vertical farming lots of money", and you should see the link to this wonderful post I've written.
Thank you.

I thought India was performing better than my country, Pakistan, when it comes to biodiesel as we saw the Indian government made extra efforts and took initiatives to promote this amazing alternative to petroleum diesel. But your assertion shows that fate of this tech is going to be the same as Pakistan. We are going through the exact issues as you have mentioned. Big promises were made.

I think governments, policies and international demand and supply play a more pivotal role than small-scale activities and innovations made by researchers and scientists. So, I am not going to get my hopes up from now on.
