OATS IN INDIA !!!!??????what r oats?????

Hello everyone.
can some one tell me about oats, ??????????
at present i buy oats from the supper market at rs 120.00 per kg.
can any friend tell me where can i get loose oats in the market place ????
at it is slightly costlier , i would like to get in a lesser price if available, even in a 50 kg bags. or lesser quantity, even if it is whole grain, or rolled ones.

FEW DAYS AGO I ASKED ONE OLDER GENTLE MAN ,what r oats?????
HE REPLIED,, in our olden days ,we used to feed these OATS to our horses and donkies.

IS IT TRUE ????
if yes ????
THEN Y ,THESE DAYS THE OATS R SELLING AT 130 AND 140 RS PER KG?????
is it now a days we human beings are WORST than the horses ?????
OR WE DON`T DESERVE THE HEALTHY FOOD.??????????
