WHEAT GRAVITY SEPARATORS are gravity concentrators and separate minerals of different specific gravity according to their relative movement in response to gravity, centrifugal force and other forces in the fluid medium. It has extremely good performance and effects in processing placer of beach, riverside, seashore and stream. Generally there are 5 turns in one start, single, twin, triple and quad starts available per column to suit capacity requirements.
Wheat gravity separator adopts the drive of double vibration motors to make itself work in a wonderful running situation. These wheat gravity separators have a rectangular shaped deck so that the product travels a longer distance resulting in cleaner separation of light and heavy particles and the lowest percentage of middlings. The processing of the Gravity Separator is accurate and smooth where the product flows over the vibrating deck in which pressurized air is forced through causing the material to stratify according to its specific weight.
