Reg::150 acres Advice on Viable projects or sell it off

Hi,

I own a land about 150+acres. It is good fertile land. However, it is not easily approachable. Its near Ananthagiri Mandal and Rompalle village (8Kms from here). About 15 kms from Gajapathinagaram. So total would be 23Kms.

Currently, surrounding areas have Eucalyptus, cashew, teak.

Looking for options to use this land as I am working at Hyderabad, do not have the time to employ the manpower to enter agriculture sector. Let me know the viable options here and any consulting companies who can work on it would be great ?

Currently, some people are offerring 1L per acre. We got it for around 70K per acre some few years ago.
