mango tree not giving fruits

I have a more than 30 years old mango tree in my farm.
While all other trees much later planted give ripe fruits , this older one does n`t produce fruits...not even flowering .
Any remedy for making it to produce fruits?

I am an agricultural enthusiast. I would like to know more details of the farm, like where it is located, and whether you have done any soil testing. Apparently there are reports that some of the trees do not flower or bear fruits. This one could be one such rare tree.
