Default Contact emails/phone numbers not allowed in posting

Please avoid posting your direct contact addresses (like emails, telephone numbers) in the messages/replies. They will be edited and removed by our moderators from now on.
You can contact members through the forums either by posting replies or by sending private messages. This not only helps build the community but is also safe - giving out your phone and email numbers on the internet is a sure way to receive lot of spam messages and telemarketing calls.
If you are very keen to add a signature at the end of every message with your company name, address etc to promote your business, you can upgrade for this feature.

Hello Ritika

If this is the decision , then what purpose it would serve to call your web portal a 'public service portal'?

Atleast for enabling initial contacts established there should be provision for email ids. or mobile phone no. mentioned in the forum discussions.

I agree that buisness negotiations should not be encouraged thro' this portal but atleast initial information can be shared at a personal level between interested parties.

Rethink your decision pl.

Hi drgandhi,

We do allow exchange of contact information via our portal. The whole purpose of this forum is to promote the agricultural industry and bring people together for business

Here are the 2 options for exchange of contact information:

1. Free Regular members - Via the private message (PM) feature. You can send a PM with the details to the interested member with any information you wish to share.

2. Business members - You can pay a fee of $50 (Rs.1900) and become a Business Member at our site. This gives you a whole host of benefits and business promotion options in addition to displaying your contact information with each post

Let me know if you need any help with the above

Very sorry to here about non disclosure of personal information. But what I learnt here is, If I PAY THE MONEY THEN I CAN DISPLAY MY INFORMATION, means you people are also behind money only.

Dear Ritika,

I am not sure the policy of "contact emails / phone numbers not allowed in posting" in public service portal. At the same time the forum moderator should treat all junior member postings the same. But here lot of postings are there with their full contact details.I don't know HOW and WHY Some members posting even with TWO telephone numbers, TWO email IDs and FULL address are allowed and some members contact details are deleted. Regarding this I have written TWO private messages to you and still waiting or your response.

With regards,
SUBRAMANY

Dear Subramany,

This is our forum policy and is same for everyone. I have deleted all contact info from posts and we do so everyday. No posts by Non-Business members are allowed to include contact details.

Also, I have not received any PM from you - kindly send again - I will surely repond.

Regards
Ritika
