Need agriculture land in Tumkur or Kunigal

Hi,

We need land from 5 acres to 50 acres in the following places, Tumkur and Kunigal, at a distance not more than 100 kms from Bangalore. Price should be below 2 lakh per acre.

Rerquisites
- Should be general property
- Good water resources (Max depth of 500 ft for borewells in sourounding plots)
- Good red soil, fine with gravel but suitable for agriculture
- Approach road.
- Clear title deeds and no disputes

Preference to levels lands. We are not looking for costly lands which are already developed as we want to do farming and we know how to do it. Can mail on . All dealings will be in cash only.
