Agricultural land available for Lease/Contract farming

We have a 70+ Acres Agricultural land around 90KMs from Bangalore (Tumkur District, Gubbi Taluk). Rich with water from 2 Bores and the attached water canal.

The Land currently contains around 1000 coconut trees (about 25yrs of age), 300 Mango trees (about 20yrs of age) and 100 cashewnut trees (about 25yrs of age). All the above with good yield.

Most of the land has not been exposed to chemicals for quite some years, is highly suitable for Organic farming as well.

The abundant water supply is very resourceful for sheep/shrimp farming
or for diary purpose. Most of the property is not exposed to
chemicals in quite some years, so it can be readily used for Organic
farming as well.

This property can also be used as an attractive spa/resort purpose
with few modifications to the water body.

Dear Vijay,

We are in the business of agri project consultancy. If you are interested in converting the land into high returns projects we can be of good use.

Good commercial returns possible if higher investments are planned. As I can see from the photos the coconut trees are malnourished, with proper support the yield can be increased to four folds or five folds.

Anyway the project whoever takes interest has to invest a good lot of amount since the area is large so also with professional support can bring in very high returns.
