Hello friend
i have 40 acre farm land at national highway with well fertile land,water, tubewell,electricity,tractor,machines,agri equipments ,guest house,and steel net fencing around agri land .anyone who is interested to invest and want to cultivate any crop then i can give it to the party on the basis of joint venture for a long period.
or
i can cultivate any crop(wheat,basmati paddy,pulses,medicinal/aromatic crop etc) for the interested party.but iam not an economically strong .
note-iam not interested in lease&sales.
