I am interested in buying 20-25 acres agricultural land in Wada / Dahanu / Manor / Charoti / Talasari region....

I am looking to buy 20-25 acres land in above region on Dahisar-Surat highway.

Urgent requirement and transaction will be quick and clean.

Land attributes:

-20-25 acres agricultural land on outskirts of Mumbai(upto 70-120 kms).
-About 4-5 kms inside from Dahisar Surat Highway
-Clear title, no adivasi or any encroachment issues
-Road access from Highway
-Preferably flat land, not hillock but that will not be an hindrance
-Great if connected to water body - river, lake, pond, canal, stream,etc
-Water table for borewell or well should be good.
