I am planning to buy an agricultural plot near Hosur ,just wanted to know ,what steps should I take to make sure that the site is authentic and what docs should I check from the agency which is selling me the plot.
Also,what are the rules for conversion of an agricultural land.
Asking price is Rs50 per sq ft (min 5000 sq ft) is it justified or should I bargain ?
