Wanted agri advice on my dry land

Hello,

I own dry lands of about 4 acres in outskirts of chennai. kindly give me some ideas on how to do any sort of agriculture there.

there is no bore. only water through varappu is available. also since land is in high rise that water too is uncertain.

kindly advise how i can put my land to better use.

Can you give more spcific details of the land - like the soil condition, type of soil etc. Also, what is varappu?
There are possibilities, but first we must understand the land better.

I agree with kejal but you should contact first with agriculture department in your area and also soil to be tested to deside the type of crop to be harvest.
