I want to purchase farm land suitable for plantation( not too cold or not too hot) suitable for coffee or rubber. Land price should not go beyond rupees 30 -40,000 per acre.(Rubber plantation is expensive and for yield 7 years to wait and therefore land should be the cheapest)Water availability and road access needed.Land can be anywhere in India.
