Utilization of Rubber cultivated land

I have ten acre of rubber in Kerala various stage of planting (3 to 5 years) in Thrissur Dt. This land has abundant water, electricity, road and other infrastructure and this is only 12 km away from the air port. I am interested in contract farming of medicinal, herbal plants or any venture which will not affect rubber trees.
I could also give this land on long lease to anyone/companies who is interested in (goat, poultry, and cattle farming).
About potential of farming: Current price of milk in Kerala (Rs 19 per ltr.) chicken (Rs 85 to 90 per kg), goat (Rs 200 to 220 per kg), beef (Rs 120 to Rs 130 kg)

Which variety of rubber have you planted? Also, what do you intend to do with the 3-5 year old trees?
