wanted land in maharashtra

Hello All,

I am looking for buying cheap (~15 k ~ 50 K per acre) dry lands in MAHARASTHRA AROUND 20O K.M FROM MUMBAI in the range of 25 to 50 acres.

These lands can be interior say around 10 kms from national/state highways with some road connectivity (can be mud roads also).

There need to be some nearby villages, basically for labour and stay, if required.

By dry lands I mean that these are rain fed areas (and not irrigated/borewell areas).
