Need Agri Land near Palani or Sathyamangalam

Hi..

Iam looking for Agri Land around 10 to 15 Acres near Palani or Sathyamangalam. My budget is around 30 to 50 Lakhs for land. Can anyone suggest me which will be a good place for Agriculture ? The land should have good soil and water throughout the year.

hai jit ,
i m from erode district,
here we have agri culture land 40 acres .
with ur budjet ,but u need only 15 acres. but we want to cel it fully,
and also its located in sathyamangalam ,
and also have one farm house,
and already have coconut trees,
few mango trees,and etc,
