agri land near hyderabad-around 80 to 100 klmtrs.

hello friends.
i m looking for the agri-land near hyderabad,no matter it`s in the interior of the village,but it should have the walkway,driveway, OR road, from the road which does not belong to any private farmer, the road to the land should be the govt road or govt land.
PURELY SPEAKING;i m looking in the range of 35 to 45 thousand per acre.
if any one has or knows about it , please tell me thru private mail.

Hi the land near around hyderabad, there is no land of that size and price its about 100 - 150 km from Hyd, and accessible with road facility

i do not know ,which state u belong to ,
dear,just come down to hyd and deeper ,just within the circumferance of 100 klmtr you can get agri land at 30 to 35 thousand per acre, NOT ON ROAD ,but deep in some villages .

you have to spend some time and some energy for this.

normally,the prices of land is exaborated ,excessevily on the ONLINE ,beleiving that the online buyers just have very easy-money-tree and will pay in $$$$.,
but the ground reality is totally opposite, you get in cheap.

we have a llot of land at varioius places within 100 kms of hyderabad. all our lands are minimum 30acres with full fencing, drip irrigation, servant quarters etc. But the price u r looking is tooooooo low..... Anything 2Lacs per acre and above is what u can get with your kind of requirements.....any way contact for more detailed discussions.....vijay
