Wanted agricultral land in south gujarat

I am looking at purchasing 15 to 25 acres of agricultural land / orchard in south gujarat with water and electricity prefrably.

I am interested in organic farming. wish to buy suitable land.
I wish to set up the farm in South Gujarat - upto valsad -Gholvad, Umargaon, sanjan, bhilad, udawada, pardi, valsad-dharampur, billimora etc. or any other good location shall be preferred.
The requirement is 3 - 10 acres .
The location of the land is NOT required to be near highway or Railway station, since the purpose is purely farming.
The purpose is farming / agriculture - so the land should be flat land suitable for farming with electricity, water and accessibility.
The budget per acre is depending upon the location.
We can also look for the land with partial trees and also part open land.
If the possibility for future farm house is there with the land, the same will be preferred.
The area should be safe with some population nearby.
