Sorry gentlemen,

I could not post reply...due to issues with my computer.

This land is very near to Sugarmills (3kms) on Pondy route (Vazhuthavur route) 400mts from main road. Accessible from two sides by road (> 0.5KM frontage) surrounded by French canal and River. No water scarcity with Very big well and free power. Current crops: Seasame and Sugar cane. Half the land is currently barren.

Excellent fertile land suitable for any type of crop. Call Bala -; Owner for details and visit.
