presently in HASSAN Sakleshpur road( bit interior) with water supply price for lease is Rs 20000-30000/acre/year

I am pleased for having received your reply. I am looking for either lease or purchase. Could you let me know what would be the purchase price per acre if the land is well connected to water source. Distance is not a matter as i am looking for land/s which are well connected to asphalted road. 15 to 20 kms from Hassan would be appreciated.
