100 Acres farm land for immediate purchase.

I'm looking for agricultural farm land in and around 100-190 kms from Bangalore.
I'm looking at 50-80 acres to start with but scalable up to 300 acres in the near future.
Here are general things i'm looking at.
1. The price must be within 1.00 lac per acre.
2. 60% of the travel from Bangalore should be on State or National Highway.
3. Preferably in districts of Hiriyur / Tumkur.
4. Land must be fertile enough. (No rocks and hard terrain, suitable for plantation)
5. Road access is a must considering the large extent of the land.
6. The land must form a single mass of at least 30 acres.
7. Clear titles.
