This land is situated in Kulpahar tehsil Mahoba district UP, one side of land is touching MP Border , 1 km from NH 75,proposed 4 lane bypass is expected to pass from near by the land in future ,Land is 110 km from Jhansi UP , 600km from Delhi ,Harpalpur Railway station 20 km ,
Land is very fertile and we r at present growing soyabean, groundnut,urad, mustard, wheat,chana etc.
As far as water level is concerned it is 25 to 30 feets and mostly wells are being used for irrigation in the area around but we also have a Barsati Nalah touching the boundary of our land which starts flowing with rainy season till March every year is also being used conveniently for irrigation purpose.Electricity is available in the area
