Well,While, Sahaswan' s bulk lands of about 2000 acres @ Rs 65 TPA (TPA-Thousand Per Acre was offered by one Mr Singh- , in this forum only... Then what is the basis for your offer of Rs 300 TPA ?.What is special in this land?

In any case Rs 300 TPA is not at all cheap in this district, you know....
Anyway , I'm looking for Rs 30 TPA bulk land of 100- 200 acres ,Please advise, if you know the places in South or North India...
