It depends on the location and proximity of the land from the National Highway 17. More closer to NH17 rates go high. Farm lands at a distance of 6-10 kms from the NH17, and remote area would be 6-10 lacs/acre depending on the type of land. 10-15 lakhs/acre at a distance of 3-6 km from National highway.
