1. Water facility (A Common Borewell is given for the layout).
2. Pipeline facility from Borewell to your land (Exclusive outlet will be provided to each plot).
3. No limitations on the water usage for cultivation purpose, (Note: Water should not be used for Commercial purpose, like selling the water, or giving the water to neighbors etc.).
4. Plantation will be provided (Starting 4 feet inside your actual boundary).
5. There will be a common road of 8feet(4feet will be taken from some lands).
6. Power supply will be provided for Bore well.
7. Road is provided exclusively for the land owners in the project and not for outsiders.
