We are looking at buying farm plot (abut 1/4 acre) marketed by Concept Homes, near Islampur village on Hosur-Denakanikottai Road), falling in Krishnagiri dist. They are quoting a price of Rs 150/sft, and providing club houe, security, and other amenities. Does anyone else have experience buying from them? Any information shared would be appreciated.
