dear rahul, land prices in all the district of ap soared from 2004 and stable upto may 2013. for the last two months again up trend. i think, no land is available at your mentioned price with approach road. you have to invest a minimum of Rs.1,00,000 for remote lands and a minimum of 1.5-2.0 lac for road facility available lands. land price of Prakasam & Ananthpuram (dry areas] are cheaper than other districts.
