we have 6 acres of agri land near Pudr uthamanur, if you need you can acquire 5 more acres there, we planed for orchard and start acquiring ing this land but I am shifting my resident near to air port so I want to sell this and looking for land in south of Trichy.
1) This land is 400 meters from irrigation canal,
2) good soil and on the road,
3) 23 KMs from Chatram bus stand that is 16 KMs on high way and 7KMs on sub road.

Nothing is possible without agent/mediator/ambasador/middleman, if it is a marriage, if it is a land deal, if it is a problem between two countries. Even the judge is a middle man in a problem (commission is paid as salary). No products from car to pin sold by the company directly to the user, there are lot of agents.


If you want call me i have a fertile land in Manachanallur taluk near Nehur college in Puthanapat. 8 acrs fertile land with two open well with electricity rate 4.5 lac per acr.

Nothing is possible without agent/mediator/ambasador/middleman, if it is a marriage, if it is a land deal, if it is a problem between two countries. Even the judge is a middle man in a problem (commission is paid as salary). No products from car to pin sold by the company directly to the user, there are lot of agents.

Farmer don't know how to deal with Internet, then how he will see your requirement. if the land is with the person who know net operation etc., he will tell high price.
