I am looking for agri / barren land around salem, 30 to 40 KM from Salem Town.

Ideal size expecting would be around 5 acres, preferably with a Well or bore well.

My Plan is to develop this land into an Integrated Natural farm house.

Budget is around 3 to 4 lakhs / acre.

Please provide details if any land is available in my budget.
