We own about 1.2 acres of agric land, 15 mins drive from the new Bangalore International airport. The land is currently unutilized (we are just living in the farmhouse), and we are looking to generate some yield off of our property.
My family is not in the agriculture business - so we would like to lease the property to someone who can use it, and leverage the proximity to the airport. We can also consider a partnership on the business, if you can bring the required expertise.
