Land available for farming without lease / for Joint venture for log term

Hi,
Am having 25 acres of farming land nearer to Hyderabad i.e. Sangareddy, with water/bores facility.
Due to financial adjustment am not able to conduct farming individually.
I can provide my land on long term basis (minimum of 4 to 5 years up 10) as my investment / share.
If any individuals, organisations, companies are interested and ready to start joint venture / cultivation, please do let me know.
