Raw Cow Milk Vendors --- Need suggestions in terms of quality

Hello All ,I am Diwakar from Chennai.I am planning to start the small business in supplying the raw milk from farm to homes .

I will purchase the raw cow milk from vendors and supply to homes.

I want to know what are all the precautions that I need to take in terms of Quality .

How to know whether the milk is fresh ?
How to check whether they added any water and other chemicals ?
Till what Fat level , we can consider the milk pure?
Is there any latest technologies that we can use for the above questions.

Also, if there is any vendors who can supply Raw Milk near OMR area are welcome.
