Dear Mr. Pramod Hati,
We are a Professional Civil Engineering Consultancy practising Building Construction at local level in our city, Nashik, M.S. In order to augment our business and also to provide value added services to our clients, we are planning to venture into the field of renewable energies. Our firm had come to know about your esteemed organistaion through your website. We would like to know the range of services provided by your firm and the concerned charges for setting up a biogas based power generation project for 100 units daily and biogas bottling and sale project for filling 50 cylinders daily. Can you help us in all legal documentations for processing of subsidy & loan till disbursement?
We are aware that power generation & biogas bottling and sale are two different businesses and would have separate parameters and requirements, but still we would like you to provide us info on the same because we would start first with the comparitively more easy, feasible, profitable, with least investment and quicker to start project.
We would like to have your sincere suggestion as to which project to start first would be a better alternative.
Apart from the above, initially, i wish to clear some basic doubts. In Maharashtra, we have only LPG stations and no CNG. This means there are only LPG kits and bottles available for retrofitting in vehicles. I wish to know whether the Biogas can be filled in these bottles only? We have information that the Biogas is flled in 6 kg bottles at 200 Bar pressure. Are there any special bottles made for filling Biogas?
If yes, where are they available? As an entrepreneur, do we have to bear the initial cost of these bottles? or will the customers get them at their cost?
Secondly i had seen your calculations for a model biogas bottling unit. In that also you had not included the cost of these bottles in calculating economics of the project. Why?
Kindly elaborate on these issues.
Thanks & regards,
Er. Chetan Bhadage
