Jatropha plantation, Goat farming

Dear all,
Can you give me some advice as to where I can sell the seeds once produced. I am planning to start Jatropha plantation on 6 acres out of the 10 acres of land we have as a Charitable Trust. Where can I get the best and cheapest saplings.
I am situated in Gulbarga, Karnataka.
Any suggestions on Goat Farming which we would like to do on the remaining area are welcome.
Can some suggestion for medicincal herbs be given?
Please remember that the proceeds from this will be used to uplift the leprosy affected community in Karnataka. The persons who would be working on this project of farming are the youth from the leprosy colonies.
