Ginger Oil Extraction Unit Required

Dear Sir,

We are looking for setting up one ginger oil extraction units based on the gingers obtained from Sikkim.

We are proposing to set up a plant with a capacity of processing around 5MT of raw ginger daily. The ginger would be procured from the sate of SIKKIM.

We reest for a qwuotation of the machinery. We are looking for the machinery that would enable us to obtain maximum oil fro, the raw materials. We already have the l;amd and aound 10000 SFT shed ready for use.

Please send us the quotation along with a brief project report outling the following points
1. Ratio of oil, oilearesin, Sauth that can be recovered;
2. Sales Realisation per Kg/Lts of the items recovered.
3. Marketing of the same ; We would prefer if some marketing buy back agreements could be arranged by also.

This would enable us to make a brief project and report based on the discuss with the management and take approppriate decisions.

Dear Mr. Rajesh,
The demand for ginger oil in india is very less. In the world market china is there already supplying required quantity of oil.All the zinger that is available in the market ie immature zinger is no good for oil extraction.
The technology is available at a cost of about 5 lakhs.
If your parties are agreeable I can arrange and prepare a project report also. Various other parameters from horticultural angle will be discussed in the report.
Necessary machinery will be supplied on turn key basis. this new technology which is available as a licence can not be transferred to others.

Dear Mr. Anil,

Please let me have the details for proceeding further. We are looking for steam distillation technology for processing around 5 MT raw materials daily.
