resort design

Hi,I have 5 acres of land near the bank of a river which i would like to convert to a tourist resort keeping the natural and planted trees in place.I have already carried out contour survey.I need some one to do drawing design which should be very eco friendly and real cheap.this shoud be presentable to bank and authorities to get a bankloan and also for getting permission for constructing the resort.I do not need professionals because i cannot pay their heavy fees.Any student or any challenger who need to explore their talent is most welcome.

well i own a compant with the name agrotech green innovations and we are into designing of sustainable mushroom grow houses and sustainable greenhouses...the diffrence between your requirement and our expertise is just the utility. We all designs are eco friendly, naturally ventilated, minimise electricity requirement, Self power generation, solar energy utilisation and natural ways of temprature management if interested call me on nine nine eight one two two eight four two one. I think you are looking for carbon credits, nyways we can talk about that
and yes your original natural plantation would be kept intact and would be best utilised. We call the entire concept as green building designs. we have been working intensively on this utilising this in agriculture and same can be replicated in your case too

Dear Arvind,

cost can be worked out not a issue, but seriousness is. Generally people have been sending mails for designs, but it hardly turns out to be a serious query. They want best of the services, want to use innovative designs and technology which i expertise in, but they are not ready to pay.

We dont just design we can execute also...

What can be assured by me is that you wont such hi tech yet low cost green technologies across india....but there is cost attched to it. If your are serious enough we can discuss the plan and depending on the services you require we can finalise the things....

And if you are looking for any ordinary green design.....you would find enough on internet....Pls dont feel offended....but its just dissappointment i have met from queries recd from agriculture information .com...u can write to me

we are just looking for a guy who is seriously motivated rest you can leave things to us...we can look after all your design related problems....what ever it is'
