Dear Rohit
You are welcome to join the medicinal plantation group. We are running a society for social awakening regarding nearly extinct medicinal & herbal products. The society shall aim to impart training in various herbal plants to enthusiastic persons regarding producing medicinal plants which are in great demand and not available in plenty. For this you should have a viable quantum of land i.e. not less than 5 acres so that you can subsist and remain effective to ward off natural hazards like poor rains,no rain or floods or crop failures etc.Lot of patience and close supervision is required to ensure good quality of produce.Pl contact me on this site or on (rcdixit@hotmail.com) to get all the pertinent information regarding your futuristic plans for medicinal plants. This info is free service to entire civilisation from our society. In case consultants are called for close guidance then only we shall charge.
with regards
rcdixit

Default Teak Plantaions.

Dear Sir.

Congratulations for your interest into Agro Business, really a business which has lot of potential.I Harjeet Singh is an Agro Consultant having a huge knowledge and experience over a decade. As a consultant i want to suggest you that apart from whatever you are cultivating or want to cultivate in your land spare a few acres of land for Plantation of Teak Wood Trees which will give you a solid, safe and guaranteed huge income. This you can take as a long term investment with very very big returns.
FEATURES OF TEAK PLANTATIONS.
One of the fastest growing Teak tree in the world.
Grows from Ten feet to Twelve feet in just one year. Grows to a height of Fifty to Sixty feet in the Sixty year.
Grows even in arid soil and adverse climatic Conditions.
It is nitrogen fixing plant, prevents soil erosion.
The tree can be used as wind breaker on peripheries.
It is good for multi crops like pepper and beetle leaf. They can be planted in the second year.
Wood is useful for furniture and cabinet making and also for industrial and Construction purpose.
It is used for particle board manufacturing. It is also used for best quality pulp for manufacturing kraft paper.
It is required to be plated during the first monsoon (June & July) it grows well without water thereafter.
It requires minimum maintenance. Preferably nil after a period of one year.
One Thousand plants can be planted in one acre of a land at a distance of 4.5' to 5' each.
First lot of plants can be cut in the Seventy year. Alternate tree (50%) may be cut.
Requirement of water & Land for the Plantation of mangium Trees.

Environment – waste land, efficient drainage, no water logging, land having slope, terrace land are ideal conditions.
Water requirement is nil. Rain water of the first season is more than adequate. MANGIUM grows fastest where annual rainfall is 60" to 100". The temperature shall be 20 to 40 degree C.

Authority who can give Permission for the Plantation of Mangium Trees

No Government restrictions exist for the plantation as well as cutting of MANGIUM trees.
Inform the Local Talati after plantation is complete.
Maintenance includes the works viz. removal of growth of grass around each plant for its good growth.
No maintenance is required after a period of one year.
Plantation of Black Peppers etc. after a period of 2 years.

To supplement the income, shrubs can be planted around the trees. Recommended Creeper/shrubs are Black pepper, vanilla, betel leaves, pineapple, allovera or any medical pla.'1ts and pacholi.
Cutting of trees in the 6th year / 7th Year.

Cut alternative tree from the ground level in the 6th year / 7th year.
No activity shall be carried out in the area where trees are cut.
After one year, remove the stump and sell it as fire wood.
After stump is removed, replant new tree.
Cutting of trees after 10 years

In the 12th year, cutting shall be carried out in balance 50% area. Cutting shall be done 1.5' above the ground.
Let plant to stand for another year.
Cut week shoots.
Additional Income from 4th Year.

Additional Income can be obtained from 4th year by planting pepper vines on alternate Magnium trees.
Minimum rate of Rs. 1001Kg. is taken, even though it is as high as Rs. 300/kg.
Calculations are made for income from 1 acre land & output is taken from 400 trees every year from 1 acre of land.

Year Output / tree in Kgs. Total potput From 400 trees in Kgs. Income in Rs. Per year
1. 2. 3. =2X400 4.= 3X100
4th year 0.2 80 8,000
5th 0.5 200 20,000
6th 1.0 400 40,000
7th 1.0 400 40,000
8th 1.5 600 60,000
9th 1.5 600 60,000
10th 2.0 800 80,000
Total Income per Acre I Rs. 3,08,000

Income from Teak Wood after 6 years.

Five year Tree will give 6 cft. Wood. Today's market price is Rs. 500 600 per cft. Each tree is going to fetch Rs. 3000 after 6 years. Taking minimum income of Rs. 2000 per tree and considering 80% output from 1000 trees, Income will be Rs. 800x 2000 = Rs.16,00,000 after 6 years.

Income from Teak wood after 12 years.

Out of remaining 1000 trees, consider 800 trees only for sale. Each tree is going to give 20 to 40 cu.Ft. of wood: likely income will be as follows:

Qty. of wood /tree Expected Rate in Rs. Tess Available no of trees Likely Income in Rs.=
A B C D = AxBxC
20cu.Ft x 300 = 6000 x 800 Rs 48 Lacs
20CU.Ft x 400 = 8000 x 800 Rs 67 Lacs
30 Cu.Ft x 300 = 9000 x 800 Rs 72Lacs
30 Cu.Ft x 400 = 12000 x 800 Rs 96 Lacs
40 Cu.Ft. x 400 = 16000 x 800 Rs 128 Lacs

To know more details contact me
Thankyou.
