Firstly we represent the private bank only in state of maharashtra.

However, kindly be noted as follows:-

private banks have tie up with sugar mills. Since you're already cultivating sugar cane, i'm sure you must be sellng sugarcane to sugar mills. private banks offer farmer finance on sugarcane crop , if your sugar mill is a part of their finance chain. kindly contact your sugar mill for the same.

Yes.

You have to submit project proposal to the bank for financing. You will get 10 - 15 % subsidy depending on your loan amount and type of crops to be grown.
