Dear Sir,

Kindly note the following :-

1. These schemes are offered by bank and not by us.
2. These schemes are for "Agri Business" and not "farmer loans"
3. These schemes are essentially "OVERDRAFT" facility against URBAN PROPERTY Collateral and they are not "LOANS". Today most private / nationalised banks are offering LOANS AGAINST URBAN PROPERTY. In these schemes, the base remains the same. i.e URBAN PROPERTY but instead of a loan, this an OVERDRAFT facility especially for people in AGRI BUSINESS.
4. These schemes are aptly described in my previous postings.

Well, these schemes are existing, operative and the said private bank is doing business on the same lines throughout the country.
