Looking For Agriculture Consultant

i am having field here in sidhauli area , 30km from Lucknow on highway to delhi .
1. the farm size is around 1.6 hac with a pond of around 1/4 acre .
the farm is having bore well and water canal as a boudary .
2. i am hving two mango orchard near to this farm at a distance of 6 km , one is having 100 trees of dasheri mango and the other is having 175 trees of dasheri mango , to up keep them i have put one supervisor at each farm . i am growing at present tomato / arbi / ginger / papita in these mango orchard as intercrping to meet the exp of the supervisor .
AGRICULTURE CONSULTANT ARE REQUESTED TO GIVE THERE OFFER , IN WHAT WAY CAN HLP ME GENERATING GOOD INCOME FROM THESE FIELDS WITH LEAST INPUT. THE OFFER CAN BE INCLUSIVE OF THE SUPERVISOR OR WITH OUT .
