Agri Land Wanted Near Chennai

I require between 10 to 20 acres [expandable later on till 100 acres] of agri land for developing a horticultural farm in Tamil Nadu. The farm should be within 150 kms radius of Chennai. Both developed and undeveloped farm lands are okay.

I can offer you 45 acres of fertile land with in which there is a coocnut farm for about 18 acres. There are five open wells of each of more than 10 meter diameter. All wells are fullyl energised. There is a farm house of about 900 sq ft and a manager quarter of 600 sq ft. There are two more housing facilities for supervisiors. There is a well constructed warehouse of about 2500 sq ft.
The entire farm is well cultivated and is revenue generating. The farm is located in the same village is two pieces. Each one having a frontage of over 1 kilometer facing a tar topped road.
