Thanks to my guru Mr Peter Proctor,international biodynamic consultant,who taught me biodynamics at Anand Gujrat.Immediately after that I started disseminating this useful knowledge to the farmers in my working area i.e. Beed District(Maharashtra).I demonstrated composting by using biodynamic method.The response to the composting was tremendus,as this method is easy to work and no expenditure involves,a large number of men and women farmers showed their interest in composting,so I could demonstrate more than FIVE thousand composting depots,during 3 years,each yielded minimum 2 MTs of good quality compost. CPP was prepared at the doorstep of small farmers so they could make compost from their farm waste.The use of CPP is very common.Many women selfhelp groups are producing CPP.BD 500 and BD 501 are also prepared in large amount.The Hon Member of Legislative Council of Maharashtra Mrs Usha Darade,herself independetly is conducting 2 to 3 days durational courses of women farmers on Biodynamic Agriculture,uptill now she conducted such 62 courses for 102 villages.Biodynamic methods are proved boon for rural community.Many biodynamic farms have been developed in the district.The movement is not restricted in Beed district only, I delivered several lectures on the subject in whole Maharashtra.The farmers have participated in local,State level,National level and International level exhibitions.
