Is Aloe Vera cultivation possible in Chamba(Himachal Pradesh)

Hi Everyone
I am planning for Aloe Vera cultivation in Chamba(H.P).
The climatic conditions are such:
- Soil: clay loamy
- Altitude: 3000-3200 feet from sea level
- Land Irrigated by water channel(Kul)
- snowfall in winters(duration is of few weeks only)

The details I require are:
1) What is the wasy of cultivation?
2) Is it possible to grow aloe vera in above climatic
condtions?
3) Marketing once aloe vera is ready to sell in market.
Where and how to sell it?
4) Is it profitable business? My land is 1 acre only?
5) Any other herb, which can give maximum profit in
above climatic conditions and can be buy/sell easily
near to my region?
