Thank you very much for the reply. Of course, I would like to start up with my roof top only (around 1500 sq.fts), though I do have some land for irrigation too. Wish to go one step at a timerather than thinking big in the initial phase itself. Thank you once again. There are very few who are practicing actual aquaponics in india, as the business prolong the essence gets diluted and it would turn into fish cultivation. U can reach a guy called Dhanuskodi Manikandavelu <manikandavelu@gmail.com> from chennai fisheries department who is a very helpful guy and learn on fish cultivation. how to integrate it to get results on plants that is not that difficult. would suggest you to run a integrated small setup a home which will give you results and a boost to move ahead. best results seen in green house farms.
Thank you for your kind reply. Yes. I am browsing through the net and obsorbing more about Aquaponics and it's technical things. Thankyou. You can learn more thru internet about aquaponics. Also I would suggest you to go with a prototype before starting up in large scale. Aquaponics is really easy but need bit technical knowledge to make it a huge success. Try to make use of gravity flow which would help you save lot of electricity.
